The day started as it usually does. The Girls got themselves ready for school and hopped into Maggie’s car – and they were off. I took Mavis for her morning walk.
I did some office work and a bit of coding then met the Electrician at Deerhorn to get ready for a new quote. I added light fixtures and some notes to the reno plan and sent them to the Electrician as requested.
We put the star upon the top of the tree.
The Jag got its first service. A mechanic/friend/neighbour did the work for us and saved us from a trip into the city.
There have been a number of chats with Nana and Julie about Nana coming out. I checked the number of COVID cases / person for the last 14 days for; BC, Ontario and Quebec. Interestingly – they were all the same at 0.002%. Nana visited her doctor to ensure her knee was going to be ok and ended up leaving quite assured that she was going to be ok with coming out – with proper precautions. Nana is to arrive on the 6th. I will be picking her up at the airport.
Valerie’s workspace got upgraded more today. Molly and I installed some things that arrived today. More to come.
