Valerie made Irish stew the other day (actually with lamb). It was awesome. I decided to do a German themed dinner tonight.

Kaese Spaetzle
I made some Spaetzle which I fried up with some bacon (not quite speck) and some emmental (the real ‘Swiss cheese’).
Schnitzel
Fried up two breaded pork (pounded flat). Added green peppercorn gravy (instead of mushroom gravy). Green beans on the side.
Omg – that meal looks so yummy & artistic !!! I just may make some spaetzle myself. I always enjoy Valerie’s lamb meals because I never think to buy lamb myself.
