I have 2 ‘workstations’. I have one at home which consists of 2 older laptops (one Linux and one Windows 10) and one on Merva which is based off of an older i5 all-in-one (running Linux).
The better of the two laptops at home failed permanently. I removed the hard drive and was able to recover my data. I decided to get rid of both of the laptops and replace with a single, new, one. I picked up a MSI GS66. This should last the next 4 years.
Needless to say – this took up most of my work time today.
The guys are busy removing old materials from the main floor of Deerhorn.
I have been getting Mavis out for walks. The days are still short and the weather usually cold & wet – so 1 or 2 walks per day instead of 3.
Mavis is a super snuggly dog.
The Girls are completing a term so some finals and such. Molly has been getting some practice driving. She is comfortable driving Sechelt Inlet road to/from Sandy Hook but not in any real traffic – yet. I think she is going to be a safe driver.
